At Next Gen, our Playgroup programme is designed specifically for toddlers to continue their exploration in a safe and stimulating environment. We follow an age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with the latest educational policies, ensuring that learning is joyful and growth-oriented.

Our sessions include Circle Time, Knowledge Time, and Numeracy Time, along with fun field trips and puppet shows to keep children engaged and curious.

Year-End Learning Goals

By the end of the year, our playgroup children achieve significant milestones:

English Readiness

  • Identify and trace basic strokes (standing, sleeping, slanting).
  • Recognize and name letters A to G.
  • Match same letters and letters with pictures.
  • Develop eye-hand coordination for writing readiness.

Numeracy Skills

  • Identify basic strokes used in number formation.
  • Recognize and name numbers 1, 4, 7, 5.
  • Count orally from 1 to 10.
  • Begin understanding of number order and value.

General Knowledge

  • Recognize common fruits (apple, mango, banana).
  • Identify basic colors (red, green, yellow).
  • Name common animals like cat, dog, and cow.
  • Develop curiosity about their surroundings.

Holistic Outcomes

  • Adjust comfortably to the school environment.
  • Follow basic routines and instructions.
  • Recite simple English and Hindi rhymes with actions.
  • Participate confidently in group singing.
